After the assassination attempt on Donald Trump on July 13 in Pennsylvania, central Russian propaganda limited itself to a rather dull stream of consciousness, obviously not having an operational plan on how to actually “sell” this event to the population. Let us recall that it is highly likely that the shooter at Trump in Butler was Thomas Matthew Crooks, from Bethel Park in Pennsylvania, who was shot during the assassination attempt.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and other US intelligence agencies have already noted that they do not see a “foreign trace” in the assassination attempt, and the participants in the election campaign themselves made statements after the assassination attempt, from which it follows that the shooter could indeed be an exalted lone fanatic.
Against this background, the criminal “Crimean senator” Sergey Tsekov decided to get the “last ray of glory” and called on “Washington to consider the version of the involvement of the Ukrainian special services in the assassination attempt on Trump” because allegedly “Kyiv has repeatedly made very unflattering statements about Trump.”
Let us recall, that the Kremlin decided to remove Tsekov and his “comrade-in-arms” Olga Kovitidi from the “federation council” at the autumn “local elections”, and precisely because of their “unkempt” and frankly absurd public “stream of consciousness” generated by their frank intellectual limitations and low erudition, which the Kremlin was “decidedly unclear how to deal with.”
Just the other day, Tsekov himself complained to like-minded people that he would be transferred from a well-paid Kremlin sinecure to the “Crimean іtate сouncil” to a purely nominal “deputy speaker”, where “you won’t earn anything at all,” and Kovitidi staged a simply epic informational happening, calling everyone “who goes to the gym” men” “deviation from the norm.”
Now Tsekov has put Kremlin propaganda in yet another moronic situation: either they will act as accomplices in the global ridicule, also declaring a “Ukrainian trace in Pennsylvania,” and at the same time seriously disturbing the “house of cards” of their “American friends.” Or they will have to remain silent, leaving Tsekov to enjoy his public idiocy in splendid isolation.
