According to occupiers’ statements, the fake “Ministry of property and land relations” intends to “sell 99.99% of the shares” of the “Dzhankoy Machine-Building Plant”, which they control, at “auction” on December 25, with a “starting bid” of 305 million rubles.
They intend to give away the land and the buildings on it, totaling 79,000 square meters, to the “right hands.”
Meanwhile, another fake “ministry” of the occupiers, namely the “Industry and Trade Ministry,” claimed that the plant allegedly “does not carry out any production activities and does not manufacture any products.”
However, according to the “plant’s financial statements,” the assets on its balance sheet are worth more than 300 million rubles, and the “non-operating” plant reported revenues of several million rubles both last year and the year before.
It’s worth noting that before the occupation, the plant produced truck bodies, trailers, semi-trailers, cargo containers, and other agricultural machinery and equipment.
After 2014, Crimean collaborators spoke at length about the “exciting prospects of the plant,” through which the illegal “Crimean Republic Development Corporation” attempted to launder funds.
This was done under the guise of “creating an industrial park,” where the plant was declared the “management company,” and on whose premises the Simferopol-based “Tekhgazinvest” would allegedly produce carbon dioxide.
The plant was also “licensed to extract” mineral water. It should be noted that the “close connection” between the plant and the aforementioned “development corporation” could previously be traced through Crimean collaborator Daniil Pidaev, declared in the summer to be the illegal “deputy governor of the Zaporizhzhia region.”
We wrote that Pidaev’s identity is extremely vague. According to the “official calendar” from the occupiers, this Simferopol native “worked in various positions in the financial supervision service” and in the “Ministry of construction and architecture” in occupied Crimea.
Since the spring of 2021, he has been the “deputy general director” of the illegal “Crimean Republic Development Corporation,” which he “headed” in 2022.
It’s noteworthy that the occupiers’ registers were clearly “cleaned” regarding this individual, but they were unable to completely erase his role, such as that of “CEO” at the aforementioned “Dzhankoy Machine-Building Plant” several years ago.
Among other things, Pidaev was one of the initiators of the detailed destruction of Moinaki Park and a number of children’s sanatoriums in Yevpatoria for development, under the guise of a “federal children’s center.”
He also “made his mark” on the transfer of the lower station of the Ai-Petri cable car in Miskhor to German Gref’s companies for their “personal use,” and lobbied for a “state industrial park” at the same Dzhankoy plant as a “trade and transport hub.”
We wrote about Pidaev’s complete subordination to the aggressor’s special services and his probable “intra-species” conflict with Sergei Aksyonov’s clan, after which such a “valuable asset” was “promoted” to the “most vicious friends” of the Simferopol collaborators in Melitopol.
Apparently, after Pidaev’s “evacuation,” his competitors have decided to pull off a new scheme with the Dzhankoy plant; clearly preparing for the current “privatization,” in May the occupiers declared Ivan Mikhalchevsky, previously mentioned in the so-called “Center for Integrated Supply of Construction Projects,” as the “plant’s general director.”
And which Russian oligarchs will participate in this scam will be revealed in the coming months.
