Some days ago, the criminal “head of the Crimean government” Yuri Gotsanyuk made another selfie tour to Koktebel, where the active phase of the tragicomedy “reconstruction of the embankment and treatment facilities” has been going on since spring, frozen at the stage of “demolishing to the ground”.
Gotsenyuk predictably promised to “finish the construction and installation work” by May 2025, but neither local residents nor even the “Crimean press” believe such optimism.
The latter states that “there are no builders on the embankment, the equipment is resting in the parking lots”, but at the same time they include the characteristic “uncertainty” regarding the “contractor” declared by the Crimean gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov, namely OOO “Interstroy” from St. Petersburg.
It is stated that allegedly “an Internet search yielded eight companies with this name from this city”, and “rhetorical questions” are asked such as “Which of them is reconstructing the embankment? And when will it be finished?”
However, this careful imitation of some “understatement” is quite tragicomic, since the so-called “contracts” clearly indicate the St. Petersburg LLC “Interstroy” from Lakhtinsky Prospekt, controlled by Aksyonov’s accomplice, the Crimean collaborator Yevgeny Kabanov, whom we have described many times.
Among other things, in the “general package of contracts” for 334 billion rubles, this structure, in parallel with the long-suffering Koktebel, is engaged in the “reconstruction of the system” at the Alushta treatment plant, “construction of water supply networks” in the Bakhchisarai area, “the water drainage system” in Novofedorivka and “reconstruction of the dam” on Lake Sasyk-Sivash.
And it was Kabanov’s “Interstroy” that mastered 211 billion at the end of the epic of the long-suffering Yevpatoria embankment, which lasted since 2015. However, despite such obviousness of the perpetrators of the Koktebel scam, the local collaborators prefer not to name Kabanov’s name out loud, obviously being very concerned about their health.
