Our Association constantly notes systemic interruptions in the supply of electricity in the settlements of the occupied peninsula. We also noted specific scandals with the “gardening associations” of the Russia-occupied Sevastopol, related to the activities of illegal “Sevastopolenergo”.

As the occupiers-controlled “media” are forced to admit, “regular power outages …, which occur especially often during the winter heating season, have long become the talk of the town in Sevastopol” and that despite the active “PR” of the criminal “administration”, “it became clear that that it will not be easy to change the situation for the better.”

An analysis of this squabble of collaborators from the “leadership of horticultural associations” and “Sevastopolenergo” allows us to draw a number of characteristic conclusions.

And this is not only about the desire of the “power engineers” to write off funds several times for supposedly carried out “connections” and “repairs of networks”, but also about the situation when the occupiers’ “organization” is physically unable to “neither balance” “private networks”, nor further “serve them”

It is noteworthy that “Sevastopolenergo”, controlled by the sanctioned oligarch Alexander Babakov, about “roots and branches” of which in Kyiv, Kherson and Chernivtsi, as well as Paris, we have repeatedly written, among other things, for more than a year was not able to install one transformer for the substation to solve these problems, citing on alleged “lack of capacity”, “lack of materials” and “logistical complexity”.

In such a situation, the criminal occupiers’ propaganda “advises” residents to “wait for warmer weather. We waited – and for exactly a year they forgot about this problem” However, it is obvious that further this problem will be dealt with by completely different people and structures.
