Earlier we wrote about the “rich biography” of Sevastopol collaborator Anton Titsky, who “undercut” Tolmachev in occupied Melitopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev’s protégé in the criminal “position of deputy governor for domestic policy”.
Now this figure with a diverse and broad “personal life” has arranged for himself a “minute of glory”, picked up by “key federal media”, on a rather tragicomic occasion.
Titsky ceremoniously launched the “first official state interregional bus route Melitopol – Dzhankoy” at the Melitopol bus station, stating that for this, allegedly, “a lot of work was done by Rosavtotrans, the ministry of transport, and the regional government as a whole”.
The fact that minibuses closely connected with both the “authorities” and organized crime have been running on this route in the occupied territory for two years now, and the fact that “government efforts” are needed to simply launch a bus, does not bother Titsky at all.
The “advantages” of the new bus are “license”, “video surveillance” and the transfer in advance “to the border” of a list of passengers, for “the response of our government employees”, that is, for the banal convenience of the aggressor’s punishers.
The occupiers can combine such “additional services” for passengers with attempts to “ban” other “authoritative carriers”.
But, as the previously-described story with the well-known beneficiaries of “Atlant-Service” shows, since 2022 publicly offering transportation between the occupied parts of Ukraine, its controlled territory, regions of the Russian Federation, EU countries, Georgia, Turkey, etc., it is unlikely that such a “ban” will be observed.
In this shadow business, obviously affiliated with non-ordinary structures of the Russian special services, too serious funds are being turned over, under the tight “umbrella” of the highest-ranking officials in various capitals.
