Tomorrow, on August 28, the occupiers will begin “early” the show of “elections of deputies of the legislative assembly” of the occupied Sevastopol, which they will finish on September 5.
In occupied Crimea, a similar show, with “elections of deputies of the state council, as well as deputies of municipal entities”, was decided not to start in advance, on the occasion of the “frontline permission” from the Russian Central Election Commission,, and therefore it will take place “in just three days”, from September 6 to 8, 2024.
Let us recall, that the Kremlin set the bar for the Crimean collaborators at “50% turnout and 75% of votes for United Russia”, and the start of this falsification was postponed not because the “republican authorities” have everything “under control”, but because of the ongoing bargaining until the last moment for “a place in the sun”, or rather – among the “candidates for candidates from single-mandate constituencies” from “United Russia”.
Earlier we wrote that despite Putin’s public promise to the Crimean gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov to be “reappointed” as “head of Crimea”, his “worst friend” Vladimir Konstantinov was entrusted with forming the “party lists” of future “deputies”.
Since the “ballots” have already been printed, with “insider information” in the “Crimean media”, one can at least evaluate the “list of candidates for the State Council” from Konstantinov, who will most likely “enter power” in its entirety, for all 50 seats. “United Russia” will draw another 25 “guaranteed mandates” for itself in “single-mandate districts”, but since in several of them there are simultaneously a number of people wishing to become “the only candidate”, this part of the future “power” will be covered a little later.
In the published “insider” “final list” of 66 people, of whom there will actually be “deputies”, taking into account the “invited guests” in the form of Aksyonov, Konstantinov and the future “senator” Sergei Karyakin, about 50.
Accordingly, in this “passable” part of the “list” there are exactly 20 current “deputies of the current convocation”, which clearly resembles the fulfillment of the set “quota” for “renewal of the ranks”. However, this “party purge” was carried out rather “unilaterally”, leaving “in the ranks” from the “old guard” mainly those people personally loyal to Konstantinov, whom he had previously promoted to “heads of the State Council committees”.
Among the people completely loyal to the Crimean gauleiter among the “deputies” there will be only his father Valery Aksyonov and sister-in-law Evgeniya Dobrynya.
Also from the former “district members” the “committee members” Sergei Dodonov and Valery Kovalenko, as well as Irina Rulla, were included in the list, and from the “list members” – the current “committee members”, Olga Vinogradova, Petr Zaitsev, Oksana Sergienko, Shuvalov Alexander.
Also some “party sponsors” are “reincarnated in the State Council”, behind whom small or medium-sized “business clans” stand: Sergei Borodkin, Ivan Lutsenko (“Chernomor Plus”), Evgeniy Mikhailov (“Krymtur”), Igor Polishchuk (“MPK Skvortsovo”), Mikhail Smolyanov (“Avtodel”), Sergei Tarasov, Valery Khasitoshvili, and Nikolai Yanaki.
Lyudmila Ermakova, as the figurehead chairman of “Solnechnaya Tavrika”, the main “operator” of the “nationalized” resort property of the peninsula, is particularly prominent in this list, as the “servant of many masters”.
We especially note the “re-election” by the occupiers to the “state council” of both current “deputies” from among the Crimean Tatar collaborators, Chingiz Yakubov, the fake “rector” of the “Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University” and the current “deputy of Konstantinov” Edip Gafarov.
However, the occupiers are clearly “expanding the quota” for “Crimean Tatar deputies”: at least in the “passable part of the list” Gulnara Murtazaeva, now “director of school No. 44” and “deputy of the Simferopol City Council”, as well as the current “head of the state committee of nationalities” of the occupiers Ayder Tippa, “member of the public chamber” and “Russian witness in The Hague” Ibraim Shirin, as well as “director of the Academy of Construction and Architecture” Elmar Mennanov, as well as the Crimean Tatar businessman from Yevpatoria Artur Kurtiev, with his network of local catering outlets and “micro corporation” “Fishing Place”, have also made their mark.
At the same time, other “deputies based on nationality” from the “state council”, on the contrary, are being removed; for example, the infamous “chief Crimean German” Yuri Gempel has been noticed in the “non-passable part of the list”, and “senior in Bulgarian issues” Ivan Abazher was not included to it at all.
As evil tongues say, this was the result of a series of recent failures of “people’s diplomacy” in the performance of these “talking heads” from the Russian special services.
Among the “new recruits” to the “loyal Konstantinovites” we can include Andrei Kozyrev and Roman Shantaev, whom we described earlier, as well as Arina Morenets, who were included in the lists “through party building”, as well as Natalia Zvenzek and Nikita Sandalova, “promoted” from the “state council apparatus” controlled by Konstantinov, as well as Konstantin Shimanovsky and Diana Kirgizova, top managers of the “business empire” of the criminal “speaker”.
Also, rather close to the “speaker”, although so obviously, can be called the propagandist of the “TV Krym” Elena Yemelyanova, the old “singer of the Russian world” from the “Crimean Republican Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education” Alexander Rudyakov and even a “spy” from the “main department for ensuring the activities of the head of the Republic of Crimea”, Maxim Puzin.
Such “candidates” as Sofia Batova, Oksana Gerbali and Elena Krestyaninova, judging by the gossip in the Simferopol “power corridors”, Konstantinov takes into “deputy circulation” following the old principle of “there are no former ones”.
The “white elephants” in the form of the demoted senator Sergei Tsekov and the “tsar” from the “Fiolent Plant” Alexander Batalin “stand out” in the list. But the Crimean Nazi Sergei Shuvaynikov, described by us earlier, was not included into “passable” part of the list, despite the opuses “My Struggle” dedicated to them “to Putin, Aksyonov and Konstantinov”.
As they sarcastically note on this occasion in the “state council”, Shuvaynikov “went overboard with the list of his muses, and one name was definitely superfluous there”.
Among the persons going to the state council through a significant “party contribution”, evil tongues name the Simferopol “queen of advertising” Elena Suprun, the Simferopol “garbage man” Artem Zilbervarg, the Sudak “aquaman” Kirill Chebyshev, as well as the “multi-workers” Alexander Faingold and Georgy Akopyan.
We will especially note the “defector” to the “Konstantinov list” from the “LDPR”, the previously repeatedly described by us Viktor Zhilenko, beneficiary of the “Park of Miniatures”, who decided that “even if it is more expensive, at least it is not on the street.”
The rest of the “list candidates” were supposed to imitate “war heroes”, but this turned out to be quite tragicomic.
Of the actual “front-line military men”, Konstantinov “splurged” on “preferential places” for a Russian, “battalion commander of the 126th brigade” Alexander Kombarov and a certain Dmitry Popovnin from Sudak, who was sent, however, to the “gray zone of the list”.
The other “men with medals” on the list are Crimean “combat collaborators” from 2014, such as “Cossack” Vadim Ilovchenko, “Berkut” Vladimir Kuzmenkov and “military invalid” Vladimir Mertsalov.
However, the latter is “especially valuable” for Konstantinov due to his pathological hostility to Sergei Aksyonov, who “beat pots” with the gauliter as the former “head of the anti-corruption committee”.
In this fraternity of costumed “generals”, only the shell-shocked Viktor Anosov actually fought with arms against Ukraine, and even then in such “frontline positions” as “chief of the military police” of the occupiers in Donetsk and “assistant to the State Duma deputy Borodai”.
Thus, this “team of winners” means one thing: the main production in the variety show called “State Council” will be the musical “Console” for now, but whether the current troupe will stage “Macbeth” for the “head of Crimea” will be shown in the coming months.
