In framework of permanent cooperation with UN bodies our Association sent submission to UN Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, describing relevant war crimes and gross human rights violations on Russia-occupied territories.
ARC’s submission, published at UN web-sources now, points the Russian “administrations”, propaganda and military forces use the hate speech, tortures, violence and enforced diappearances against LGBT communities’ representatives in occupied territories of Ukraine.
ARC’s submission points on the January “program speech” of the criminal “Crimean speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov that under the control of the Kremlin, the population of the Russia-occupied Crimea will obviously live worse than in civilized countries, but allegedly “without LGBT”; also submission reminds that de-facto a set of conspired LGBT representatives are part of top collaborators at peninsula.
