Against the backdrop of the fierce “war of compromising information” we described between two “Krasnoyarsk” groups in the entourage of Sevastopol’s gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhayev, the aggressor’s enforcers have begun systematic preparations to “defund” the Zhravlevs clan of collaborators.
The head of this family, Ilya Zhuravlev, a former deputy of the Sevastopol City Council,
has “risen” under the occupation to “deputy chairman of the legislative assembly,” moreover, “on the quota of the Liberal Democratic Party.”
Together with his wife Natalia, they control three “clone companies,” “Clean City,” “Clean City Enterprise,” and “Clean City Municipal Enterprise,” the first two of which were transferred ten years ago to their former director, Olga Morozova.
Through these structures, billions of rubles have been laundered throughout the years of occupation on such “inconspicuous issues” as garbage collection, sanitation, and cleaning of streets, parks, and squares.
Naturally, the intermediary between these “money laundering machines” and the “budget” was the “municipal structure” we previously described, namely, “Parks and Squares.”
And now it has become known that back in November, the aforementioned Olga Morozova was arrested and transferred to Moscow, for alleged fraud in a “contract” worth 312 million rubles, signed in July 2024 for “garbage collection, street sweeping, cleaning of trash cans, lawn care, weeding of flowerbeds, and pruning of bushes.”
Morozova now has every chance, along with a similar “scapegoat” from “Parks and Squares,” Elena Tatarintseva, of receiving a lengthy “relocation with detox” in pre-trial detention centers.
However, her employers, the Zhuravlevs, will clearly share their “hard-earned wealth from cleaning” with a couple of bigwigs from the Russian repressive apparatus.
The fact that this story of “municipal worker Morozova” suddenly became public two months after her acquaintance with Moscow prison life may mean that the “meter” has been switched on for the Sevastopol clan of “liberal democrats” from Moscow for “accelerated weight loss.”
