On November 28, Crimean “media” reported the arrest by the aggressor’s punitive forces the so-called “head of the Saky district administration,” Vyacheslav Khadzhiev, allegedly while “accepting a bribe” of two million rubles.
Regarding this, gauleiter Aksyonov immediately “thoughtfully” declared that “a thief and bribe-taker should be in prison.” Let us recall that it was Khadzhiev who, in May, along with the father of that same Crimean gauleiter, “honorary cosmonaut” and also “chairman of the board of the Association for assistance to the development of the aerospace industry,” Valery Aksyonov, staged a show of “signing a cooperation agreement” with Yevgeny Barishevsky, head of Zvyozdny gorodok (Star City) in the Moscow Oblast.
The participants of that show made no secret of the fact that they weren’t so much talking about “starry distances” as about “earthly matters,” or more accurately, land matters: as we’ve written repeatedly before, Crimean collaborators decided to profit from a scam involving the “allocation” of Crimean coastal lands for the supposed “rehabilitation of Russian cosmonauts.”
Which “cosmonauts” would be “rehabilitated” there wasn’t specified, but it wasn’t hard to guess. However, even without the “starry distances,” Khadzhiev’s seat, which he occupied in 2023, became extremely hot, after the multi-billion-dollar “Golden Sands” scam, which we’ve described many times, was announced on the lands “under the district’s jurisdiction,” and which was then “sold” to the Kremlin in 2024 by the same Aksyonov and his group.
Following that announcement, Khadzhiev’s “associates” in occupied Yevpatoria, whose lands are also involved in the machinations of this project, were hastily replaced. Now, apparently, “Bolivar cannot destroy two” is happening in Saky as well.
The current “scapegoat,” Khadzhiev, worked in schools until 2000, then transferred to the Saky District Administration, and met the occupation as the head of the executive office of the Saky District Council. Until 2023, Khadzhiev served as the occupiers’ “deputy” and then “head of the district council” in Saky, naturally representing “United Russia”.
