A couple of weeks ago, Sevastopol “media” decided to “delight” readers with an “investigation” into the activities of the long-suffering “utility bill” collection shell company, “Digital Innovations” (“Tzhifrovyie Innovatziyi”).
We also wrote about the role of Yevgeny Gorlov, former “deputy” of gauleiter Razvozhaev, arrested “for corruption” last year in the “bill wars” scam, who brought together the struggle between two “Sevastopolgaz” clones, as well as the creation by the occupation “administration” of controlled “shells” for utility bills, including the activities of the “Digital Innovations” entity.
And then, at the end of October, it “suddenly emerged” that Elena Meshkovskaya, the sister of the wife of the “chairman of the board of directors” at Eduard Tretyak’s “PJSC” “Sevastopolgaz”, which was “nationalized for its ties to Ukrainian business” and has been “in the basement” of aggressor’s punishers since June, is a “director” and “co-founder” of “Digital Innovations”.
And the other “co-founder” of “Digital Innovations” is Valeria Zinchenko, the wife of the aforementioned Tretyak’s business partner, Kirill Zinchenko. Meshkovskaya also “rented out an office” for “Sevastopolgaz” in the “Avangard” shopping center, and Kirill Zinchenko and Eduard Tretyak’s son, Ilya, jointly headed “Ultramarine MC” for the same period.
And then, at the height of the “nationalization” of “Sevastopolgaz”, the “director” of “Digital Innovations” allegedly relocated to Turkey.
However, all these “terrible secrets” about the connections between the nominal figures of “PJSC” “Sevastopolgaz” and “Digital Innovations” can actually be Googled in three minutes; and Meshkovskaya herself, before her “digitalization” by the Razvozhaev clan, was “exposed” by the occupiers as the so-called “deputy chief physician for medical affairs and organizational and methodological work” of such a “budgetary institution” as the “Sevastopol Blood Center”.
Furthermore, the same Meshkovskaya, along with Natalya Nedobitkova, is registered as the “design bureau” “Magistral,” where the “director” is a recent “student” named Bogdan Babich. Nedobitkova and Babich are also nominees in the Sevavtomatika and Sevtekhno structures, which, under the complete control of the occupation “authorities,” are installing fire alarm systems in the occupied city.
Therefore, it is obvious that all these Zinchenkos, Meshkovskys, and Tretyaks are purely nominees in a system of “firms” closely connected to Sevastopol’s “municipal services.” This, incidentally, explains the sudden “change in focus” of these same “media” publications observed in recent days: now it “suddenly turns out” that Elena Meshkovskaya and Valeria Zinchenko are “model businesswomen” and “philanthropists helping the front,” and that “relatives are not a death sentence.”
Thus, the “Digital Innovations” story has been demonstratively shelved by the occupiers, and will only be dusted off if the key stakeholder, namely gauleiter Razvozhaev, experiences “moments of misunderstanding” with his Kremlin handlers.
