Some days ago, in the illegal “state council”, Crimean collaborators noted another “schedule failure” for the construction of a number of propaganda facilities, aimed at the external promotion of ideas about allegedly “caring for the Crimean Tatars”.
We are talking about three long-term construction projects, a comprehensive school in Bakhchisarai, an apartment building in Stary Krym and the so-called “center for multi-ethnic youth culture” at the “Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University”, controlled by the occupiers.
Regarding the “center”, the aggressor never hid its “international” focus, and he began to build it in 2016. Then they began to launder funds through the Kazan company “StroyKomTekh”, but the latter stopped simulating work in the fall of 2019, and then declared bankruptcy.
The new “contractor” was declared to be “StroyTekhImport” from St. Petersburg, which is involved in a number of corruption schemes and has already spent 629 million rubles on this project.
These figures are simultaneously laundering 484 million rubles with the Crimean “authorities” on the long-term construction of a psychoneurological boarding school in Bakhchisarai, as well as 113 million rubles on “repairs” in the “prosecutor’s office” of occupied Sevastopol.
Also, the corresponding “services” for 4.7 million were actually imposed, through the “courts”, on the “federal sports center” in Alushta. Regarding the “center of multi-ethnic culture”, the occupiers promised to build it in 2022 and by 2023, then moved the “final project” to December 2024, and now they are talking about 2027, and over the past year the “readiness of the facility” has not changed much.
The current “discussions in the State Council” have a characteristic propaganda justification. Earlier, we wrote about the relative increase in the number of Crimean Tatar collaborators “elected” there on the “United Russia lists”, but the occupiers “smoothed out” this phenomenon by grouping these “deputies” in one “committee on interethnic relations”.
Now these figures are trying to participate in the “ticketing” of the “contractors” of the corresponding long-term construction projects, but they will clearly not be allowed to this feeding trough, including the permanent “talking head of the state council” Edip Gafarov, and the “rector” of the aforementioned “university” Chingiz Yakubov; these collaborators can only broadcast more promises to the population.
