The current “relocation of the casino” means that the occupiers are not planning “large-scale investments” in Katsiveli, including in the “coming years,” but they are not at all against creating a place for laundering billions in the “long-ready” and obviously not operated passenger complex of the Yalta port, since the “volume of investments” here sharply tends to zero.
At the same time, for propaganda purposes, the occupiers will abandon the name like “Golden Sands,” which this spring the Kremlin “stakes out” for another large-scale scam, under Putin’s “personal control,” but this time in Western Crimea.
