As the aggressor-controlled “media” are forced to admit, the population of the occupied Sevastopol increasingly purchases, first of all, “goods with deep discounts”, with the so-called “red price tags”, that is, there is absolutely low quality and, as a rule, with big problems “according to the expiration date”, which applies to food and household products.

Commenting on this situation, which vividly shows the “negative growth in the welfare” of Sevastopol residents, the criminal “deputy of the legislative assembly” of the invaders, the so-called “director of the catering company” “Fresh” Pavel Kharlamov cynically stated that “saving is useful.”

Obviously, the next step will be the statement of the invaders that “it is useful to eat less” and if for Kharlamov himself, who does not suffer from grace, this seems to be true, and then for the townspeople looking for the cheapest pasta, this is just another everyday grimace of Russian occupation.
